Indian Wedding Of Dr Amaleswaran & Naziah in Park Royal Hotel, Penang

For those who follow Perfect Moments Studio’s blog, I am sure you have seen the wedding day slideshow of Dr. Amale and Naziah that we posted earlier. So today, I would like to share their wedding highlight with you.

It was such a challenge to edit this video because of the song chosen. As usual, I asked this newly-wed if they have any specific song in their mind for the editing, because I believe that it forms their very own’s wedding video. When I first played this song, I knew this editing is going to be very challenging for me. The only way for me to strike a balance between the video and music is to listen the song over and over again, to ‘feel’ what it means. Perhaps, only Dr. Amale and Naziah can tell me did I get it right or not.

Anyway, I must thanks again to this sweet couple of mine, for leaving me a message in Andy Wang Cinematography’s fan page.

“Thinking back of my wedding again all I can remember now is how fast it has gone by as it took months to plan. Now all I have to cherish and remember (of course my wife as well) are the photos and videos Andy and his team made.

It was truly a blessing in disguise meeting Andy and fixing him as our official video and photographer in the first meeting itself.

Despite the obstacles they faced as in weather, timing and place, differences of background and culture and tight schedule in keeping up their customers request or orders they always put up a genuine smile despite being lethargic and were always punctual and committed to their task as if it’s their own wedding ceremony.

I’ve always reminded Andy the video and photos he’s taking are the only thing which my wife and I have, to treasure and cherish throughout our lifetimes, thus all we wanted is the best. And I got to put my foot down here and say never once I regretted in hiring you as our “director” of our event as the outcome of your efforts are truly amazing and priceless.

Clicking the snap button and shooting at the right moment truly fits your “mother” company’s name – Perfect Moments. Our heartfelt gratitude to Andy, Mao, Ray and the entire team as this piece of work are definitely going to be admired not only by my friends and relatives but also my children and grandchildren in future. The Magical Wedding Of Carmen & Alex @ Rasa Sayang Resort, Penang

“In dreams, we enter a world that’s entirely our own.”

And in reality, ‘Ginny’ @ Carmen and her prince charming ‘Harry’ @ Alex tied their knot in the wizard world of Harry Potter.

I was so excited and really look forward to be part of Carmen and Alex’s big day ever since the first time we met (while kept my finger crossed that they will confirm me as their wedding cinematographer). My prayer was answered.

There was a last minute changes on the plan due to Batu Feringghi area was raining like cats and dogs on that day evening. I felt so sad for the couple, as they had to shift the ceremony to indoor instead.

Anyhow, this didn’t stop the two lovebirds from enjoying their big day.

Harry Potter was everywhere. As a big fan of Harry Potter, Carmen had imported quite a number of merchandise items from the States, which were used to create the atmosphere. Also that yummy-licious wedding cake, you know, I just can’t stop myself from admiring it. Not to mention Alex who was transformed as Harry

Carmen and Alex, it’s great to be with you at this magical wedding. Both of you will sure be the first thing that come into my mind whenever I come across Harry Potter.

And I am pretty sure the magic of Harry Potter will bind you two till eternity, loving each other forever and ever. Congratulations again on the well-planned magical wedding, kudos.

1st International Wedding Soiree 2011 in Nagaworld Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

During this 2-days event, apart from introducing our service to potential clients in Phnom Penh, I
also get to meet some top notch wedding vendors, including Carven from Carven Ong Wedding
Couture, Desmond from La Flaire, Debra from Acadia Card, Jason Victor from Jason Victor
Photography, Mohan from Mohan’s Executives Custom Tailors as well as pretty make up artist Hanna Liew.
